(You can reset 5 times  which means you can get another 5x180=900 days for evaluation before it expire)

Windows Server 2012 64 bit Evaluation Version with an initial 180 day evaluation period. After this time, you will need to uninstall the software or upgrade to a fully-licensed version of Windows Server 2012. During the evaluation period, a notification on the Desktop displays the days remaining the evaluation period. If you wish to know more, please go here and follow the instructions.
